Getting your cards graded is simple. Here's everything you need to know from start to finish.
Download the Submission Form
Start by downloading the Crown Authority submission form. Fill it out completely — include your name, contact information, and a list of every card you're submitting.
The form keeps your submission organized and ensures your cards are processed accurately. One form per submission.
Prepare & Package Your Cards
Place each card in a penny sleeve, then into a semi-rigid or top loader. Wrap each card individually in bubble wrap or foam padding to prevent movement during shipping.
Proper packaging protects your cards in transit. Crown Authority is not responsible for cards damaged due to inadequate packaging.
Ship Your Cards
Mail your securely packaged cards along with your completed submission form to our Johnston, RI address. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

Grading & Authentication
Each card is carefully evaluated on four criteria: centering, corners, edges, and surface condition. Authentication is performed where applicable.
Cards are graded on the Crown Authority 1–10 scale. Every grade is assigned consistently against the same standards.
Encapsulation & Return
Graded cards are sealed in professional hard plastic slabs displaying the grade, card details, and Crown Authority branding. Your slabs are then packaged and returned to you.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the submitter. We'll contact you with return shipping details once grading is complete.
